Qualifications

• 3+ years of management and operations experience in ambulatory care.
• Strong leadership and staff development abilities.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare regulatory requirements.
• Ability to manage budgets and P&L statements.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic goals with analysis and projections for business success.
• Review, renew, or establish SOPs for organizational operations, including compliance.
• Oversee administrative and business operation aspects of the practice.
• Hire, train and monitor administrative operations and staff.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate resupply of medications and equipment.
• Interact with patients and address complaints; ensure patient access metrics.
• Coordinate staff meetings and performance reviews; collaborate with physicians on strategy.
• Ensure policy adherence and industry-standard safety practices.
