Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in ambulatory care or similar setting.
• Strong leadership, staff hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, regulatory compliance, and health care operations.
• Proficiency with health care software and IT systems including EHRs.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic goals with analysis and projections for business success.
• Establish SOPs for organizational operations and compliance.
• Oversee PSRs, MAs and clinical operations.
• Hire, train and monitor administrative operations.
• Monitor inventory for medications and medical equipment.
• Interact with patients and address complaints.
• Coordinate staff meetings and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with physicians on business strategies and patient services.
• Perform data reporting and ensure department goals are met.
• Ensure quality, patient access metrics and administrative stats are met.
