Job summary

Canterbury Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking a Medical Records Coordinator (LPN) to oversee EMR utilization, auditing, and training. The role requires collaboration with physicians and nursing leadership to ensure accurate records in the EMR and adherence to company, federal, and state guidelines.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Minimum of one year in nursing management in the long-term industry.
• Two years of professional nursing experience in long-term care, acute care, restorative care or geriatric nursing setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage EMR utilization through auditing, analysis, and training.
• Collaborate with physicians, office staff, nursing management and leadership to ensure complete and accurate records in the EMR.
