Prominence Advisors, Inc. is seeking an experienced Epic Ambulatory Analyst to design, build, test, and support EpicCare Ambulatory for an academic health system.

You will partner with clinicians and leaders to optimize ambulatory workflows and maintain the EHR across hospitals and clinics. Ideal candidates have senior-level Epic Ambulatory experience, strong communication skills, and a track record of delivering successful remote projects.

Qualifications

• Active EpicCare Ambulatory certification required.
• Epic Ambulatory build and implementation experience (5+ years).
• Strong knowledge of ambulatory workflows and documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work standard Pacific time hours (8:00 AM–5:00 PM).
• Experience delivering projects remotely.

Responsabilités

• Design, build, test, and support EpicCare Ambulatory functionality for an academic health system.
• Partner with clinicians and operational leaders to adapt workflows and documentation.
• Prepare specifications covering clinical processes and data flows.
• Provide end-user support and troubleshoot issues to resolution.
• Collaborate with Epic teams and operations to maintain the EHR.
