Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee ambulatory clinics or units with strategic plan execution and daily operations.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure quality patient care.
• Develop and monitor budgets, policies, and performance metrics to drive operational efficiency.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Pediatrics, Family Medicine, Laboratory Services and Radiology.
• Ensure compliance with system policies, including ambulatory care standards.
