Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or management experience is required.
• Current Massachusetts Registered Nurse licensure and registration is required.
• Minimum of two years related clinical experience and leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate daily departmental function for optimal family-centered patient care.
• Collaborate with Manager Ambulatory Operations to manage nursing practice day-to-day.
• Direct patient flow and staff deployment to meet care needs.
• Participate in interview and hiring processes for new employees.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies.
