Job summary

UMass Memorial Health Marlborough ambulatory clinic seeks an experienced nursing leader to coordinate daily departmental operations and support the delivery of high-quality, family-centered patient care.

You will collaborate with the Manager Ambulatory Operations to oversee nursing practice standards, staffing, and patient flow, while driving quality improvement and regulatory compliance across ambulatory areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or management experience, or equivalent.
• Current Massachusetts RN licensure and registration.
• 2+ years of clinical experience and 1+ year in a preceptor/resource or leadership role.
• Demonstrates leadership experience and strong communication skills.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate daily departmental functions to deliver optimal family-centered patient care.
• Collaborate with the Manager Ambulatory Operations to implement professional nursing practice.
• Direct staffing and ensure optimal patient flow and satisfaction.
• Participate in interview and hiring processes for new employees.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies.
