Job summary

North East Medical Services is seeking a Clinic Operations Manager to oversee ambulatory care facilities, ensuring high-quality, cost-effective, patient-centered services in compliance with all regulations.

The role collaborates with Medical Directors to maintain quality metrics, manage budgets, and drive staff development while serving as a liaison with payers and regulators. It is a full-time, on-site position requiring strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Administration or related field required; master's preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Experience developing and monitoring budgets and allocating resources.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and develop staff.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and resolve disputes.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance is required.

Responsibilities

• Manages daily operations of ambulatory care services across the continuum.
• Ensures staff deliver high quality care in compliance with PCMH and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborates with Medical Director/AMD to improve quality metrics and client satisfaction.
• Develops and implements patient services and daily department operations.
• Acts as liaison with payer representatives and regulatory entities.
• Leads audits and patient advocacy efforts to resolve care issues.
• Provides ongoing staff development and conducts annual performance reviews.
• Develops/implements policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals.
