Qualifications

• High School or equivalent
• Experience in customer service, intake and scheduling
• Proven ability to interact with the public in a customer-service role
• Familiarity with GE Centricity Business, Cerner, PBAR and scheduling systems
• Excellent communication skills in English (reading/writing/speaking)
• Flexible, proactive, able to work under pressure and in a team
• Knowledge of insurance plans/coverage is helpful
• Ability to process new referrals quickly and accurately
• Ability to work independently and within a team

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple appointments across multispecialty clinical services.
• Handle referrals, medical records, authorizations, and scheduling tasks.
• Provide front-line customer service, intake, and patient guidance.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new staff and physicians.
• Support clinic operations and improve patient flow and satisfaction.
