Job summary

Capital Medical Group is seeking a Practice Manager to lead daily operations across assigned practices within the IPM and UHS network. You will supervise staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate with internal teams to optimize scheduling, revenue cycles, and patient services.

You will drive continuous improvement, manage budgets, and partner with EMR specialists to enhance workflows and data reporting.

Qualifications

• Maintain regulatory compliance and manage licenses/certifications.
• Credentialing with health system medical staff office and payers.
• Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective operations.
• Manage departmental expenses, monitor revenue cycle, and budgets.
• Recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations management and supervision of assigned practice.
• Ensure front-end and back-end revenue cycle processes run smoothly, including scheduling, registration, and billing.
• Develop and monitor annual operating and capital budgets; participate in recruitment and onboarding.
• Serve as primary liaison to internal and external stakeholders; manage departmental expenses and staffing.
• Promote service excellence and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Collaborate with EMR specialists to improve usage and workflow.
