Job summary

Capital Medical Group is seeking a Practice Manager to oversee daily operations across assigned practices within the UHS IPM network. You will supervise staff, ensure licensing and credentialing, and coordinate with hospitals, payers, and leaders to sustain compliant, high‑quality care.

The role emphasizes cost control, revenue cycle oversight, onboarding, and proactive communication to drive patient‑centered operations in a multi-site setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; CMPE certification preferred.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in healthcare.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and EMR systems.
• Understanding of radiology/medical revenue cycle terminology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regulatory compliance and licenses, credentialing with health system staff offices and payers.
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to ensure efficient practice operations.
• Manage departmental expenses, monitor revenue cycle, and keep budgets aligned.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and performance management; ensure confidentiality.
