Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Greets visitors and patients for scheduled or urgent appointments.
• Verifies patient demographics and insurance information.
• Collects co-payments from patients upon arrival.
• Obtains signatures of consent for treatment and insurance/billing.
• Assesses patients’ needs including financial counseling and interpreter/social services referrals.
