Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 1–2 years relevant work experience or
  • Associates degree plus at least 3 years relevant experience or
  • HS/GED with 5+ years relevant experience.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate OR scheduling, front end customer service, patient registration and insurance/coverage verification.
  • Handle appointment scheduling, charge entry, and administrative duties in support of the Hematology-Oncology Clinic.
  • Coordinate physician credentialing and manage forms, phones, filing, mailings and reports as needed.
