Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients and visitors in person or by phone.
• Identify, register and schedule patients for care in the health system.
• Collect co-payments and document accordingly.
• Monitor patient flow and communicate delays to patients.
• Maintain professional, courteous interactions following the Culture of Service Excellence.
