Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Some work experience, preferably in dispatch or routing calls in customer service.

• Assign and route transportation requests to ensure timely service.
• Document communications and escalate issues per protocols.
• Communicate trip data including confirmations and routing times to stakeholders.
