Sartorius North America is seeking a Field Application Specialist - Ambr Focus to support the Mid-Atlantic/Southeast region. You will translate customer needs into Ambr bioreactor solutions, perform evaluations, trainings, and troubleshooting, and collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and Quality teams across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, and Delaware.

The role requires 3+ years in upstream bioprocessing support, excellent communication, and willingness to travel 50%+.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience; Master's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of application support, technical support, field application, laboratory, process development, or related customer-facing experience within upstream bioprocessing environments.
• Experience in biologics or cell and gene therapy applications is a plus.
• Hands-on knowledge of Ambr bioreactors and associated customer workflows; HTA design experience is a plus.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical and application-related issues within customer environments.
• Demonstrated capability conducting demonstrations, evaluations, trials, and customer training, with documented findings.
• Ability to collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Quality, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong customer orientation with the ability to translate needs into solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; proficient in MS Office; Salesforce and Tableau are a plus.
• Willingness to travel more than 50% and lift up to 50 lbs.

Aufgaben

• Translate process requirements into product and workflow recommendations and provide troubleshooting and training for upstream systems including bioreactors, PAT, SCADA and automation solutions.
• Design, coordinate, and document customer-specific evaluation plans, onboarding activities, and outcomes.
• Troubleshoot customer processes and coordinate corrective actions with relevant functions.
• Provide application insights and competitive positioning to improve proposed solutions.
• Analyze field observations and trial outcomes to support portfolio enhancements.
• Train other Field Application Specialists and Sales colleagues on assigned technologies and processes.
• Support initial start-up operations and contribute to internal learning and capability building.
• Assist Quality during complaint investigations by analyzing customer processes to improve issue resolution.
• Provide monthly reports on territory activities to management.
