You will translate customer requirements into Ambr workflows, conduct evaluations, trainings, and validations, and collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and Quality to optimize implementations.

Ideal candidate has 3+ years in field application support, Ambr experience, and willingness to travel over 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Engineering, or related field or equivalent demonstrated professional experience

• Support customer evaluations, application assessments, and technical consultations by translating process requirements into product/workflow recommendations
