Job summary

Sartorius is seeking a Field Application Specialist - Ambr Focus to support the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions. You will translate client requirements into Ambr bioreactor solutions, conduct evaluations, and lead trials and training with customers, including SCADA, PAT, and automation workflows.

The role requires 3+ years in upstream bioprocessing, Ambr expertise, and willingness to travel 50%+. Strong collaboration with Sales, Product Management, and Quality is essential to drive adoption

Qualifications

• 3+ years in application support or related customer-facing roles in upstream bioprocessing
• Experience with Ambr bioreactors and related workflows is essential
• Willingness to travel 50%+ and lift up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Support evaluations, assessments, and technical consultations translating process requirements into product/workflow recommendations
• Design, coordinate, and document customer evaluation plans and onboarding activities
• Troubleshoot technical inquiries and product issues with cross-functional teams
• Provide technical insights and recommendations to improve solution fit
• Capture feedback and competitive intelligence to drive portfolio enhancements
• Train and mentor other Field Application Specialists and Sales colleagues
• Assist with initial start-up operations and customer training
• Support Quality during investigations by analyzing processes
• Provide monthly territory activity reports to management
