Job summary

Sartorius is seeking a Field Application Specialist - Ambr Focus to support the Mid-Atlantic/Southeast region, helping customers implement Ambr bioreactor technologies and upstream bioprocessing solutions. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of application support in upstream bioprocessing, hands-on Ambr experience, strong communication, and a willingness to travel more than 50% to support external customers.

Salary range is $90,000-$116,530 (depending on qualifications), plus a sales incentive

Qualifications

• 3+ years of application support in upstream bioprocessing environments.
• Hands-on Ambr bioreactor experience and related workflows.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical and application issues on customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Translate process requirements into product and workflow recommendations.
• Design, coordinate and document customer evaluation plans and training.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues to protect customer productivity.
• Share insights with Product Management to drive portfolio enhancements.
• Provide monthly reports on territory activities to management.
