Job summary

Sartorius is seeking a Field Application Specialist for Ambr Focus to support customers across the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3+ years in upstream bioprocessing support
• Hands-on Ambr bioreactor experience; high-throughput design is a plus
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
• Ability to travel >50% and work with cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and training capabilities

Responsibilities

• Translate process requirements into product/workflow recommendations and provide training for upstream systems portfolio
• Design, coordinate, and document evaluation plans, onboarding activities, and outcomes
• Troubleshoot customer processes and coordinate corrective actions with relevant functions
• Provide technical insights to improve solution suitability during opportunity development
• Analyze field data to share actionable recommendations for portfolio improvements
• Train other Field Application Specialists and Sales colleagues
• Assist in start-up operations and internal learning opportunities
• Support Quality during investigations by analyzing customer processes
• Provide monthly territory activity reports to management
