Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 3+ years of application/technical support in upstream bioprocessing environments.
• Experience with Ambr bioreactors and related workflows is a plus.

• Support customer evaluations, translations of process requirements into product recommendations.
• Design, coordinate, and document customer-specific evaluation plans and trainings.
• Troubleshoot technical inquiries and coordinate corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
• Provide application insights to support portfolio enhancements and competitive positioning.
• Train colleagues on technologies and processes; support start-up operations for customers.
