Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy for children across home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement plans created by a supervising BCBA and collect progress data in real time.

The role emphasizes clinical excellence and supports professional development, with flexible scheduling and comprehensive benefits in a thriving pediatric ABA program.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
