Job summary

Institute for Orthopedics & Chiropratic in Eden Prairie, MN seeks a licensed physical therapist to deliver evidence-based care, improve mobility, pain management and quality of life. You will collaborate with the clinical operations team to optimize patient outcomes and follow IOC policies.

This role requires CAPTE degree, Minnesota license, and BLS. You will supervise PTAs, maintain treatment areas, complete EHR entries, and participate in community referrals to grow patient care.

Qualifications

• Degree from a CAPTE accredited physical therapist program.
• Current Minnesota physical therapy license, in good standing.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Follow IOC workflows and policies to ensure a safe, clean, and collaborative workplace and excellent patient experience.
• Collaborate with other physical therapy staff to maintain treatment rooms and gym, including inventory.
• Greet and room patients and build rapport to guide treatment and monitor progress.
• Develop and deliver individualized plans of care using physical therapy techniques and modalities.
• Direct and supervise Physical Therapist Assistants in delivering patient care.
• Ensure accurate EHR entries and co-sign PTA notes.
• Adhere to laws, regulations and IOC standards; maintain certifications and pursue continuous learning.
• Build relationships with referral partners and participate in marketing to attract new patients.
