Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state you will work.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (AHA).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Intermediate computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Interprets physician referrals and completes musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, cardiopulmonary, and/or integumentary evaluations.
• Establishes a plan of care and implements individualized treatment.
• Monitors outcomes and adjusts treatment plans; provides status updates to physicians and teammates.
• Plans for discharge including home programs and teaching.
• Communicates and collaborates with stakeholders to achieve optimum care.
• Completes documentation per department policy; records patient care and progress.
• Maintains productivity standards and billing documentation.
