PRO Therapy in Minnesota is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist focused on orthopedic rehabilitation and meaningful patient relationships. You will deliver individualized, evidence-based care and help patients return to activities they love.

You’ll treat acute and chronic conditions, work with a collaborative team, and grow professionally in a clinic prioritizing quality over quotas. This role supports ongoing education and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist license in Minnesota.
• Strong orthopedic clinical reasoning and treatment skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to evidence-based care and lifelong learning.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional patient experience with individualized, evidence-based care.
• Treat orthopedic conditions including musculoskeletal pain, sports injuries, pre/post-operative rehab.
• Collaborate with teammates to improve patient care and clinic operations.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation and communicate clear diagnoses and plans.
• Support ongoing professional growth and contribute to a culture of kindness and teamwork.
