Qualifications

• Must hold valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• CPR certification and state certifications as required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine therapy needs and goals.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
• Educate patients and families on exercises and injury prevention.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other clinicians to ensure comprehensive care.
• Document patient progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Delegate to PTA when applicable and supervise supportive staff.
• Adapt to changes in schedule and patient flow.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and ethical standards.
