Job summary

WPP Enterprise Solutions is seeking a Specialist, Retail Management Services (Amazon Operations) to join our retail execution team. This hands-on role ensures Amazon catalog accuracy, stock availability, and swift resolution of platform issues for CPG clients, operating inside Vendor Central and Seller Central.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years hands-on experience managing catalogs in Amazon Vendor Central and/or Amazon Seller Central; agency support for CPG/FMCG preferred.
• Proficient in Amazon inventory and category templates, variation relationships, and ticketing workflows.
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Text-to-Columns) for large data sets.
• Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset; able to drive rapid issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Resolve tickets and troubleshoot operational issues on Amazon platforms.
• Manage Amazon support tickets via Seller Support, Vendor Support, and Brand Registry.
• Troubleshoot catalog errors (e.g., 5665, 8541, stranded inventory).
• Monitor account health, suppressions, and in-stock status; flag PO issues.
• Create and upload bulk inventory files and map backend attributes.
• Execute content updates and coordinate visual asset uploads (images, videos, A+ content).
• Set up, monitor, and report on A/B tests to optimize CVR.
• Provide weekly status reports and support cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Media and Strategy teams to ensure ASIN readiness for campaigns.
