Job summary

WPP Enterprise Solutions is seeking a tactical Specialist, Retail Management Services (Amazon Operations) to manage day-to-day Amazon catalog health for CP G brands. You will work inside Vendor Central and Seller Central to keep products in stock, resolve glitches, and support the client's eCommerce teams.

This hands-on role emphasizes ticketing, catalog updates, flat-file uploads, A/B testing, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure readiness for major campaigns.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years managing catalogs in Amazon Vendor Central and/or Seller Central; agency experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot, CONCATENATE) for large data sets.
• Strong problem-solving and extreme attention to detail for accurate listings.

Responsibilities

• Resolve tickets and troubleshoot issues on Amazon platforms.
• Manage case tickets with Seller Support, Vendor Support, and Brand Registry.
• Fix catalog errors and ensure listings are accurate and compliant.
• Create and upload flat files to update catalogs and map attributes.
• Coordinate visual assets and A+ content updates.
• Monitor in-stock metrics and flag PO/shipment issues.
• Support client teams with regular operational status reports.
