• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Ticket management for Amazon support across Seller and Vendor Central.
• Resolve catalog errors and maintain listing health.
• Manage flat files and variation families for catalogs.
• Coordinate content updates including images and A+ content.
• Conduct digital shelf audits and report findings.
