Job summary

VML Enterprise Solutions is seeking a hands-on Specialist in Retail Management Services (Amazon Operations) to ensure flawless Amazon catalogs, in-stock products, and rapid issue resolution for CPG clients. You will operate inside Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central, handling content changes, flat-file updates, and support tickets to drive immediate retail success.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years hands-on experience managing catalogs in Amazon Vendor Central (1P) and/or Amazon Seller Central (3P); agency support for CPG/ FMCG brands is a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Concatenate, Text-to-Columns) for large catalog data.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and persistence to resolve Amazon issues beyond the first response.
• Extreme attention to detail to ensure listings are 100% accurate before going live.

Responsibilities

• Resolve tickets and troubleshoot issues on Amazon platforms.
• Manage and submit cases with Amazon Seller Support, Vendor Support, and Brand Registry.
• Troubleshoot catalog errors (e.g., 5665, 8541), stranded inventory, and brand hijackings.
• Monitor Account Health dashboards and fix listing suppressions and related statuses.
• Handle catalog content updates, flat files, parent-child variations, and backend attribute mapping.
• Coordinate visual asset uploads (images, videos, A+ content) and day-to-day content changes.
• Set up and monitor A/B tests for titles, images, and A+ content to improve CVR.
• Support availability, inventory health, and flag PO issues with client supply chain.
• Dispute contamination of charges or shortages with clients to protect profitability.
• Provide weekly status reports and catalog health readouts to eCommerce/Sales teams.
• Collaborate with Media and Strategy teams to ensure ASIN readiness for ads.
