Job summary

WPP Enterprise Solutions seeks a hands-on Specialist, Retail Management Services (Amazon Operations) to maintain flawless Amazon catalogs for CPG clients. You’ll own day-to-day content changes, flat-file updates, and inventory health across Vendor Central and Seller Central while resolving platform issues.

You’ll live on Amazon dashboards, manage tickets, and collaborate with client teams to ensure stock availability and fast issue resolution.

Qualifications

1–3 years managing catalogs in Amazon Vendor Central and/or Seller Central; agency experience in CPG/FMCG preferred.
Deep knowledge of Amazon templates, variation relationships, and ticketing system.
Expertise in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Text-to-Columns) for large data sets.
Strong problem-solving mindset; able to escalate and resolve Amazon issues beyond first answer.
Excellent attention to detail to ensure 100% accurate, properly mapped product listings.

Responsibilities

Resolve tickets and troubleshoot issues with Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central.
Manage case submissions and follow-ups with Amazon support and Brand Registry.
Troubleshoot catalog errors, stranded inventory and ASIN issues.
Monitor account health, suppressions, and prevent listings from going offline.
Create and update bulk inventory files, map attributes, and establish parent-child variations.
Coordinate visual asset uploads and A+ content updates.
Set up and monitor A/B tests for titles, images, and content to optimize CVR.
Support client and internal teams with weekly status reports.
