Job summary

Evermark is seeking a data-driven Ecommerce Senior Manager to accelerate growth by owning the end-to-end Amazon P&L for Caress, St.Ives, Noxzema and Pond's across 1P and 3P. You will forecast, drive top and bottom-line results, and report to the executive team.

You will coordinate with agencies and cross-functional teams to align content, media, and product plans, while partnering with Demand Planning and Operations to optimize inventory and strategy for scalable, multi-brand growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising, Marketing, Sales, Ecommerce, or related field.
• 4+ years of direct and hands-on experience managing an Amazon business with revenue accountability exceeding $25M.
• 4+ years in ecommerce execution across advertising, demand planning, content creation, listing optimization, and SEO.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L (Net Sales, Gross Margin & Contribution margin).
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Amazon platforms (Vendor Central, Seller Central).
• Experience with Pacvue Commerce, Stackline, Helium 10 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end Amazon P&L for Caress, St.Ives, Noxzema, and Ponds on 1P and 3P.
• Forecasting and delivering top and bottom-line financial goals; report monthly to executives.
• Coordinate with agencies and cross-functional teams for content, media, and product plans.
• Monitor weekly sales and advertising performance; optimize campaigns and inventory.
