Ivy Enterprises, Inc. in Port Washington, NY seeks a Manager, Ecommerce – Amazon to drive end-to-end performance for US & Canada across beauty brands. You will own P&L, optimize pricing, and lead launches, listings, and promotions to maximize topline growth and profitability.

You'll manage large SKU portfolios, execute advertising campaigns, and guide cross-functional teams across marketing, operations, and finance to achieve business goals with data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of ecommerce experience with deep focus on Amazon.
• Proven ownership of Amazon P&L with revenue growth and profitability.
• Experience managing large SKU assortments and multi-brand portfolios.
• Proven success managing large-scale Amazon advertising budgets.
• Deep understanding of Amazon algorithms, SEO, and retail media.
• Strong analytical, project management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end P&L for Amazon US & CA across beauty brands and SKUs.
• Drive topline growth and profitability through pricing, costs, and ROI.
• Manage product portfolio, launches, pricing, and assortment optimization.
• Lead listing optimization, SEO, and content strategy across channels.
• Plan and execute Amazon Deals, promotions, and seasonal events.
• Oversee retail media strategy across Sponsored products/brands/display.
• Lead a cross-functional team and align stakeholders with business goals.
