Evermark is seeking a data-driven Ecommerce Senior Manager to accelerate growth by owning the end-to-end Amazon P&L for Caress, St.Ives, Noxzema and Pond's across 1P and 3P. You will forecast, drive top and bottom-line results, and report to the executive team.
You will coordinate with agencies and cross-functional teams to align content, media, and product plans, while partnering with Demand Planning and Operations to optimize inventory and strategy for scalable, multi-brand growth.

We are looking for a highly organized, data driven Ecommerce Senior Manager eager to accelerate their career in the digital industry by managing the end-to-end Amazon P&L of iconic brands.
In this position, you will play a critical role in driving our growth both on our Amazon 1P & 3P for Caress, St.Ives, Noxzema, Ponds. You will be responsible for forecasting and delivering top and bottom-line financial goals on the Amazon business, executing the sales strategy with support from our agency partners and, reporting results monthly to the executive leadership team.
You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure content is properly executed online, media strategy is aligned with your sales goals, and that future product innovation plans are sufficient to support 3-year growth goals.
This role requires prior hands-on Amazon 1P selling experience with 3P a plus, P&L management with advanced financial acumen combined with strong understating of Amazon Advertising. You will need to demonstrate high attention to detail, excellent time management and strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and manage 3rd parties. A successful Ecommerce Senior Manager is highly analytical, organized with the ability to influence and be agile in a fast and ever-changing startup environment.

The base salary range for this position is $140,000 - $150,000 per year. In addition, this role is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on individual and company performance. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, skills, and geographic location.
