Job summary

Tice Valley Post Acute in Walnut Creek, CA is hiring a friendly receptionist for a full-time AM shift. You will greet residents, families, and visitors, answer phones, and provide clerical support in a welcoming front office.

The ideal candidate has excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare setting. Working hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with a pay rate of $19.00–$20.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience as receptionist or front desk preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families, visitors and staff in a professional and courteous manner.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
• Assist visitors with sign-in and facility procedures.
• Maintain a professional and organized reception area.
• Provide general administrative and clerical support.
• Receive and distribute mail, packages, and other deliveries.
• Assist with scheduling and maintaining calendars as needed.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and facility staff.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident and facility information.
• Assist with other front-office duties and administrative tasks as assigned.
