Job summary

Northern Path Recovery Center is seeking an Alumni Coordinator to plan alumni outreach, organize events, and develop programs that strengthen community ties. You will collaborate with leadership to build the alumni experience and drive referrals through the CaredFor app.

The role emphasizes data-driven outreach, effective communication across channels, and ongoing program development to support graduates and families.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred; high school diploma required.
• 1+ years’ experience in substance use disorder and/or mental health field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and promote alumni events and reunions.
• Grow alumni referrals and manage the CaredFor app collaboration.
• Maintain alumni data in Salesforce and other directories.
• Develop and implement communications via phone, text, email, and app.
• Lead group meetings and follow-up with discharged clients.
