Job summary

Northern Path Recovery Center is seeking an Alumni Coordinator to plan and implement outreach for alumni, grow referrals, and maintain the CaredFor app. The role collaborates with Clinical Directors and facility leadership to develop events, communication plans, and an engaging alumni program.

Responsibilities include coordinating alumni gatherings, updating data in Salesforce, and creating content for social channels while driving community engagement and admissions through alumni referrals.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred; high school diploma accepted with relevant experience.
• Experience in the substance use disorder/mental health field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement alumni outreach to strengthen relationships with facility alumni.
• Coordinate alumni events, newsletters, and online/in-person meetings.
• Maintain and grow the CaredFor app and alumni referrals.
• Update and analyze alumni data in Salesforce and other directories.
