Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Behavioral Health, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Experience in substance use disorder or mental health treatment is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement alumni outreach strategies to strengthen relationships with facility alumni.
• Coordinate events and reunions, and promote them in the alumni network.
• Maintain and grow the CaredFor app and alumni referrals.
• Manage alumni data in Salesforce and other directories.
• Create content and posts to engage the alumni community.
