Avenues Recovery Center in Denver, CO seeks a dedicated Alumni Program Manager to lead the alumni network across our nationwide centers. You will coordinate follow-ups, programs, and events while maintaining strong connections with former clients.

Ideal candidates will have experience in alumni relations or recovery services, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries.

Qualifications

• Alumni program management experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, observation and communication skills.
• Substance use/recovery experience preferred; sobriety a plus.
• Ability to maintain absolute confidentiality and firm boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of Alumni Program (Follow-up, resources, programming).
• Engage with alumni through calls, meetings and events.
• Conduct alumni follow-up calls according to established timeline.
• Maintain Salesforce reporting for alumni activities.
• Connect alumni with clinical support and resources with Clinical Director.
• Oversee alumni Social Media pages and engagement.
