Strive Recovery is seeking an Alumni Coordinator to build and lead its alumni program. The role focuses on sustaining connections after discharge, celebrating milestones, and fostering a supportive recovery community.

The ideal candidate is engaging, organized, and customer-service oriented, with 2–3 years in recovery services and a Bachelor’s degree preferred. Evening and weekend events are common, with some local travel to support activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in a substance use disorder treatment or recovery setting is preferred.
• 2–3 years in recovery services, alumni programming, or related roles.
• Strong ability to build trust and maintain professional boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with clients before discharge and connect them to the alumni community.
• Maintain regular contact with alumni through check-ins, outreach, and ongoing engagement.
• Serve as first point of contact for alumni needing support and connect to resources.
• Plan and lead alumni events including socials, dinners, and recovery milestones.
• Manage the alumni program calendar and budget; track expenses and participation.
• Travel locally for events, partnerships, and outreach.
