The University of Texas's Texas Exes alumni association seeks a Chapters and Networks Coordinator in Austin to coordinate programs engaging alumni across domestic chapters, affinity networks, and international alumni. You will secure commitments from alumni to volunteer for administrative offices and UT schools, and collaborate with staff, volunteers, and faculty on events.

• Serve as liaison to various alumni networks.
• Provide administrative support and direction to volunteers.
• Collaborate with staff, volunteers, and faculty on events.
• Produce printed and digital promotional materials with the Communications dept.
• Assist with planning and executing Chapter and Network Leadership conferences and forums.
• Represent the Texas Exes at chapter and network events.
• Think big picture about growing membership through engagement.
• Demonstrate strong customer service and organizational skills.
• Streamline business processes with general technical proficiency.
