Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or closely related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in related field.
• Professional engineering registration (PE license) required.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of time.
• Experience with large transportation infrastructure projects (traditional and AD).
• Strong client relationship development and management experience.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Project Delivery Program Director for pursuit and delivery of Alternative Delivery projects.
• Drive approvals in compliance with HDR policies and risk frameworks.
• Collaborate with HDR Business Group leaders on policy, resources, and contracts.
• Negotiate terms with legal, risk, and partners for AD projects.
• Engage with Transportation Leadership to discuss client programs and contractor relations.
• Provide regular status updates on Transportation Delivery initiatives.
• Guide HDR leadership on commercial and technical trends in AD.
