You will work with HDR policy, risk, legal teams and regional leads to shape contracts, scoping, and execution for high-profile design-build and P3 initiatives. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or closely related field.
• Minimum 10 years of professional engineering experience on large transportation infrastructure projects.
• Professional registration (PE) required for leadership roles in design/engineering.
• Experience in development and management of diverse teams.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of time.
• Commitment to HDR values and employee-owned culture.

Responsibilities

• Direct the pursuit and delivery of Alternative Delivery projects.
• Lead contract negotiations with HDR policy, terms, and risk approvals.
• Coordinate with HDR Legal, Risk Committee, and policy for project terms.
• Foster collaboration among Transportation Business Group leadership and regional leads.
• Report on Transportation Business Group Alternative Delivery status.
