Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in related field.
• Professional registration (Architect/Engineering) for core design leadership roles.
• Experience leading diverse teams and managing large transportation projects.

Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Project Delivery Program Director and manage pursuit and delivery of Alternative Delivery projects.
• Lead project approvals in accordance with HDR policies, Risk Committee, and authority matrices.
• Coordinate with HDR Business Group and Legal for contract terms and risk assessment.
• Collaborate with Transportation Leadership on client discussions for upcoming projects.
• Advise HDR leadership on commercial and technical trends in Alternative Delivery.
• Drive contractor/developer relationships and HDR matrix collaboration across regions.
• Provide leadership in teaming agreements, design service agreements, and subcontracts.
• Engage in industry associations to elevate HDR visibility in AD markets.
