HDR, Inc. seeks an experienced Alternative Delivery Director within the Transportation Business Group to drive pursuit and delivery of major civil infrastructure projects, including design-build and P3 contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or closely related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a related field.
• Registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) or equivalent.
• Experience leading diverse teams and large transportation projects.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Project Delivery Program Director and oversee pursuit and delivery of Alternative Delivery projects.
• Drive approvals in compliance with HDR policy, etc.
• Coordinate with HDR Legal and Risk for contract terms and conditions.
• Collaborate with Transportation Business Group leadership and regional leads.
• Negotiate teaming agreements and design service contracts.
• Represent HDR in industry associations and maintain client relationships.
