Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or closely related field.
• Professional Engineering license (PE) or equivalent registration preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience on large transportation infrastructure projects including design and management.

Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Project Delivery Program Director and manage the pursuit and delivery of Alternative Delivery projects.
• Drive approvals in compliance with HDR policies and risk committee approvals.
• Collaborate with HDR leadership on policy, resources, and contract terms.
• Negotiate terms with legal and risk teams for AD projects and manage client relationships.
