Job summary

David’s Bridal seeks an Alterations Customer Service Representative to support the Alterations department and deliver an A+ customer experience. You will welcome customers, book appointments, answer phones, press garments, and ensure items are ready for pickup.

You report to the Store Manager in a fast-paced retail environment. The role requires a high school diploma, 1–2 years of retail experience, and familiarity with a computerized POS system.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of retail experience preferred.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Experience with a computerized POS system is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome all customers in person, on the phone, and via chat with friendly enthusiasm and clear communication.
• Use store systems to manage customer flow and deliver five-star service.
• Promote alterations services and ensure items are ready for pickup.
• Press, steam, and inspect garments to ensure quality before delivery to customers.
• Maintain clean, organized alterations area and support inventory processes.
