David’s Bridal is seeking a part-time Alterations Customer Service Representative to deliver an exceptional A+ customer experience. You will greet customers, answer phones, press garments, and coordinate alterations, while maintaining store standards and supporting checkout operations.

The role emphasizes strong communication, problem solving, and teamwork with the Alterations department to ensure a flawless shopping experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store.
• Sewing experience is helpful.
• Prior experience with computerized POS system

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, and via virtual chats with friendly professionalism.
• Manage customer flow using systems to deliver a five-star experience.
• Promote alterations services and personalization options.
• Maintain store standards and assist with inventory and checkout processes.
• Collaborate with Alterations Manager to address customer issues.
