Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative to support the alterations department and deliver a top-tier customer experience. You will greet customers, manage appointments, and coordinate garment services with the Alterations team.

The role requires a high school diploma, retail experience, and basic sewing skills. A strong focus on service, communication, and accuracy in POS transactions is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of retail experience in apparel or specialty store.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Experience with computerized POS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly in person, over the phone, and via chats, guiding them through alterations options.
• Schedule appointments and manage customer flow to ensure five-star service.
• Present alterations services and customization options.
• Maintain clean, organized alterations area and ensure items are ready for pickup.
• Process transactions accurately at the cash wrap and assist with inventory tasks.
• Escalate issues to the Alterations Manager when needed.
