Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative (CSR) to provide an exceptional in-store, phone, and virtual customer experience within the Alterations department. You will greet customers, assist with appointments, press garments, and ensure orders are ready for pickup, while maintaining store standards and brand commitments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of retail experience in apparel or specialty store.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Experience with computerized POS system is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with enthusiasm in person, over the phone, and via chat or video.
• Manage customer flow using all systems to deliver a five-star experience.
• Assist with alterations, appointments, and ensuring items are ready for pickup.
• Escalate issues to leadership when needed and partner with the Alterations Manager.
• Promote alterations services and personalization options; maintain store standards.
